AT&T Opens New Retail Store in West Ashley

AT&T* announced the opening of a new retail location on Savannah Highway in Charleston offering local customers a unique way to shop for communications and entertainment services. The store is located on Savannah Highway just before the Coburg Cow.

�The investment in this new store not only gives consumers convenient access to the latest in communications and entertainment services; it also helps drive economic growth,� said Pamela Lackey, president, AT&T South Carolina. �At AT&T, our mission is to connect people to their world everywhere they live and work and do it better than anyone else, and we are excited to expand our retail presence in the Charleston community.�

The spacious 4,400 square-foot floor plan and two Experience tables makes it easy for customers to interact with the latest communications services and devices including AT&T�s quick messaging devices and Netbooks, both designed to make communicating on-the-go faster and easier than ever.

�Our hands-on, state-of-the-art store layout is designed to engage our customers and provide an entertaining and interactive experience, allowing them to test-drive all of our AT&T technology in one convenient location.� said Alison Hall, vice president and general manager, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets - Carolinas.

In addition to selling wireless services, the new store gives customers access to AT&T�s full suite of communications services including broadband, home phone and AT&T Advanced TV. Customers can view AT&T | DIRECTV service demonstrations, enabling them to test-drive several interactive TV features High Definition (HD) programming.

Led by manager Chris Griffith, the staff of professional retail sales consultants are trained to assist customers � both business and consumer � with purchasing decisions, customer service and technical support. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. � 9 p.m., Monday � Saturday; and 1 p.m. � 6 p.m. Sunday. AT&T currently operates a total of 72 AT&T-owned retail locations across the Carolinas.
