Taiwan market: Tsann Kuen to spin off CE manufacturing department

Tsann Kuen, a major retail chain of IT products and consumer electronics in Taiwan recently decided to spin off its consumer electronics and home appliance manufacturing business effective on November 1, 2009.

After the spin-off, Tsann Kuen will focus on retail operations in China and Taiwan.
