Cupcakes - stack 'em high

I bought these cute little tins yesterday in Robert Dyas for the bargain price of �4.99! They've got a whole range called "iced treats" (this used to be called Iced Fancies and I got a few bits from it - the cakes look different on them!) but its not available on-line, only in store. It includes trays, coasters, table mats and these cute tins.

The plan was to make some cupcakes tonight to put in them, however our washing machine decided to leak all over my kitchen so I have neither the space nor inclination anymore due to the fact there's a giant waste of money/parts (ie my washing machine) in the middle of my kitchen floor waiting for the repairman to come on Friday! Bloody Hotpoint!

Todays cupcake purchase...

Walking down a wet n windy Fleet Street from work this afternoon I popped into Robert Dyas to see if they'd any new cupcake stuff (or their "iced fancy" range as they insist on calling it!) and was chuffed to find that they had LOADS in store! I was VERY restrained as I don't get paid for over a bloody week and have a tonne of things to do before then so I only bought a set of 6 cute coasters for the bargain price of �2.99! I will be back on pay day to get the rest of the range though :)

This top picture is my fabulous kitchen timer bought from Debenhams last year (not sure if they still do it but they used to do a range of cupcake kitchenware).

Second picture shows my glass chopping board by Joseph Joseph which I bought from Amazon last year - although these dont really look like cupcakes, more like Magic Cakes from Konditor and Cook which was the closest glass worktop saver I could get to cupcake at the time! Until I saw the cupcake worktop saver (third picture) which was from Robert Dyas and is huge and was the bargain price of �5.99!!!! Just seeing these things in my kitchen every day makes me smile :)
