[Rostelekom] granted to company megaphone the protected communication channels in the directions �Krasnoyarsk -[Kyzyl]� and �Krasnoyarsk- Abakan�. This will allow the operator of mobile connection to increase the speed of the work of network UMTS/HSPA+ (3G) in the territory of Krasnoyarskiy Kray, republics Of [khakasiya] and [Tyva], to optimize operating costs and to propose to final subscribers more advantageous tariffs on the Internet- traffic. The agreement between the companies is concluded for 1 year with the possibility of further prolongation.

The channels given are organized �[Rostelekomom]� with the use of technology VPN (Virtual Of private Of network) on the base of their own IP/MPLS of network. For this between the chosen ports VPN are created the virtual channels �Of ethernet of over MPLS� with the topology �point- point�.
