The telecommunication operator of MTS reported acquisition by 95% of portion of joint-stock capital privately held company �of the metros -[Telekom]� in the privately held company �[Invest]- connection�, 100%- foot daughterly enterprise OF [AFK] �system� for 339,35 million rubles (or $11,01 million). Company �metro -[Telekom]� manages the [optovolokonnoy] network in the territory of Moscow metro.
Financial results �metro -[Telekoma]� will be consolidated into the account joint stock company �of MTS� since August 27, 2010.
