The operator of mobile connection �MTS the Ukraine� declared about the beginning of the assignment of service MTS �urban number� on the base of his own numerical capacity in Kherson.

As stated operator, until recently service to the fixed telephony MTS �urban number� was accessible for the connection of corporate clients only in six largest cities of the Ukraine: Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, To [donetske], to Odessa and Simferopol'.
