Agreement was signed for the purpose of the mastery of the new segments of the [telematicheskogo] market, within the framework which sides see joint collaboration promising and mutually beneficial.

Within the framework the agreement �Of [bilayn]� it began to allow to the privately held company �OF [MSP]� of service on the transfer of given on basis technologies [M]2[M]. Before the end of the year �[Bilayn]� is planned to grant more than 10000 sym- maps for the rendering of [telematicheskikh] services in the region of intellectual transport systems, projects �clever insurance�, the protection of motor transport from the theft and the signaling systems of stationary objects. Also �[Bilayn]� and [G]K �the echelon Of [geolayf]� participate in the project �ERA GLONASS�, within the framework which takes root the system of automatic reaction to the automobile emergencies.
