�[Bilayn]� announced the starting of service �black and white lists�

The operator of the mobile connection �Of [bilayn]� announced the starting of the service of selective access to the services, allowed by [kontent]- providers. This, from the words of operator, will allow subscribers more [vzveshenno] it relates to the use of these or other services on the short numbers, and to also limit the access of children to undesirable [kontentu] (�adult services�, the impulsive dispatch of sms to the short numbers under the action of advertisement so forth).

Service will be allowed in two versions:

* The creation �black list� of the numbers (blocking those short numbers, to which is forbidden the access from this number)
* The creation �white list� of the numbers (are indicated the numbers, to which the access is permitted, all the remaining short numbers are blocked)
Previously similar service was allowed only for the corporate clients. In August 2010 the subscribers �Of [bilayn]� of mass market can connect service, after ringing to free number 0858 and after selecting the appropriate branch IVR.

At the start of project in August 2010 the service �black and white lists� from �[Bilayn]� will be proposed to users with the license fee �0� rubles in the first month of use, which will allow subscribers to [protestirovat] and to estimate the advantages of service. Subsequently the cost of service for each region will be declared preliminarily on the site of operator.
