AT&T Completes Divestiture of Wayport Holdings A/S to Hospitality Services Plus SA

AT&T will retain former Wayport Assets in the U.S.

AT&T* announced that it has completed its divestiture of Wayport Holdings A/S, the European subsidiary of Wayport, Inc., to Hospitality Services Plus SA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swisscom.

AT&T continues to own and operate the former Wayport assets in the United States. These assets are part of AT&T�s nationwide Wi-Fi network.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
