I have been longing to bake Pandan Chiffon Cake since I was young. I used to find it too much trouble to make it a success. Some used to say, it need luck to get it right.
After I got my Magicmix beater, I am baking most of cakes with it. It is simple, time efficient & much easier than I thought. Surprisingly much tasty too. :)
