Tokyo and London�The Symbian Foundation announced that the Symbian platform*1 is being used in nine new FOMA� 3G handsets recently announced by NTT DOCOMO, INC. Four of the handset models are manufactured by Fujitsu Limited and five models by Sharp Corporation.

docomo STYLE series� F-02B: Jewellery-quality waterproof phone with a tiny, snap-on perfume holder.
docomo SMART series� F-03B: Slim, waterproof phone with luxurious design and 12.2-megapixel camera.
docomo PRIME series F-04B: High-spec phone with 12.2-megapixel camera and the world's first separable two-module body.

docomo PRIME series SH-01B: CCD 12.1-megapixel camera and crystal-pattern body.
docomo STYLE series SH-02B: Crystal-patterned body surface with elegant illumination and smooth curves.
docomo PRO series� SH-03B: Large 3.7-inch touch screen and QWERTY keyboard for quick, smooth operation.
docomo STYLE series SH-04B: Melting Sweet Chocolate model designed by accessory-maker.
docomo STYLE series SH-05B: Dream teen phone designed by top models of Seventeen magazine.
A total of 122 Symbian-based models have either shipped or are in the process of being launched in Japan as of 3 December, 2009*2. An estimated 325 million units have shipped in the world since the first Symbian-based device first launched in 2000.
