HP leak in Korea: HP Envy 14 and 17 on the approach

Discovered in the Korean company's site HP Excel-document indicates that the manufacturer will soon launch two notebook series Envy. Earlier in the network already appeared information about the HP Envy 14, but the document referred to his "older brother" - a model HP Envy 17. Although the addition of names, no document does not contain the basis of the unchanged model number for the company, we can conclude that we are talking about laptops with 14-inch screen with a resolution 1600h900 pixels and 17-inch screen, the resolution of which will most likely 1920x1080 pixels.

The other characteristics remain unclear, but the same source indicates the presence of a number of other unannounced public models. Among them Elitebook 2540p and the Elitebook 2740p, the first becomes aware of information that for the 2540p models are optional 9-cell battery, and both are mentioned among the models with the ability to install Windows 7. These netbooks have a 12-inch screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and resolution of 1366x768 pixels, though it was expected that the next generation netbook from HP will have a resolution of 1280x800 pixels.

At the same time, 17-inch Elitebook 8740w will display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels, the same as that of its predecessor - Model 8730w. And in the Excel-document reveals the Envy 14 and 17, are mentioned and notebooks HP Compaq CQ42, CQ62, G42 and G62, which is very likely the name of the same model, but for different markets. Also reported on the existence of models Probook 6440b and Probook 6540b, which are based on the index, must have processors from Intel, probably Core i3.
