Wowzahs! To say it has been a busy past couple of weeks would be an understatement! These Buttermilk Vanilla Cupcakes frosted with Vanilla Buttercream and topped with fondant and royal icing swirls, wrap up a crazy week! Now, the Baker's Cakes Triathlon Team heads to Wilmington, NC to race in the Beach 2 Battleship 1/2 Ironman! If there was a baking triathlon, I'd be ready for it! Bake, frost, decorate, I'm all over it! Swim, bike, run... Not so ready! Go Cupcake Girls!!! (And Guys!)
