iida PRISMOID - futuristic "clamshell"

The second model, which was presented in the announcement of a new line of designer mobile phones iida from Japanese mobile operator au KDDI, has a futuristic mobile phone model iida PRISMOID, made in the clamshell form factor. iida PRISMOID, the words of the company, is the base model in the new product line, combining original, futuristic design with simplicity and minimal set of functions required the user in his daily life.



Posed by the design iida PRISMOID, is Naoto Fukasawa (Naoto Fukasawa), who had contributed to the creation of the appearance of mobile phones KDDI, both INFOBAR, neon and INFOBAR 2. As the author himself says of this "art", when it was established he would like first of all convey those feelings of nostalgia and a sense that there were people in the 70's and 80's, with the then view of things, using the image of the future.

The name PRISMOID in the phone means "truncated pyramid, the two halves which actually consists phone. But the inscription on the outside of the C4.8 means the size of the diagonal plane, which, combined with the correct proportion of the horizontal plane of the phone and provides the very charm of the phone.
