OAO �VimpelCom�, which owns the trademark �Beeline� announced today that its brand �Beeline� entered the Top 100 most valuable global brands, and has been recognized as one of the world's ten most expensive brands on the market. Brand �Beeline� 72 took place and was estimated at 8.9 billion U.S. dollars. The company also notes that �Beeline� also showed the highest in the Russian market �index contribution Brand�, showing the extent to which brand to financial and operating indicators of the company.
Top �BrandZTM TOP 100 most valuable global brands�, published by �Finantial Times� and research company Millward Brown Optimor, held for the fourth time. �Beeline� included in the rating for the first time. Since the first rank of brand value grew 49% to $ 5 billion in 2005 to $ 7.43 billion in 2008.
