Wedding IELA & YUS - Last part...

Fuhhh...this is the last part... the biggest challenge... 3 tiers wedding cake... Yatie wanted to rent the floating tiers & for this tiers, I used round cake size 12", 9" & 6"... If u noticed, I like using the "cornelli lace" deco... why?? I just love looking at it.. looks so sweet & elegent (ni pendapat peribadi aku la.. lain org, lain citarasa kan)... Another thing, why do i used gumpaste flower??? coz I want to save time... kalau buat roses from bc, sampai pagi la aku siapkan kek ni....

The bottom part... chocolate sponge cake with chocolate filling...
The middle part - strawberry sponge cake with strawberry fillings.. (thank God I got the strawberry from Tesco KB - yup..kelantan..hubby pegi sana ada meeting, so sempatla dia balik bawa strawberry...kat sini takde la..)

The top part - vanilla sponge cake with blueberry filling...

Altogether....

Testing... on my floating tiers...


*** aku mmg sengaja buat deco ni semua creme colour.. sampai ke border tepi bawah tu pun creme gak... sebab aku ada tgk cth kat floating box tu, kek tu sweet sgt.. warna putih, pastu semua border pun putih...nampak suci je..cuma bunga je lain, barula kek tu nampak outstanding....
