As concept mobiles go, this is nothing short of genius. Designed by De Montfort University student Chi Shing Lo as part of Orange�s D&AD Student Awards, it replaces the cameraphone�s viewfinder with a simple hole, as well as using it to hang the phone on a charger when its low on juice, or needs to upload shots to a PC.
Shunning fiddly cables, troublesome camera menus and making use of the phone�s shape to solve the problem of shooting a quick snap, the design set our minds racing instantly.
There�s no word on whether it�ll go into production, but we love the idea of induction charging just by hanging the handset on a �power-peg,� as well as peeping through the spy-hole to snap photos of our friends.
