Kimchi Bokeum Bap - Version 2.0 - (?? ???)

I know I posted kimchi fried rice before, but I thought I would post another version. This version is just SO much yummier....but what's yummy isn't necessarily GOOD for your health~ if you know what I mean. Let's start with half a can of spam. Hey!
