Capsicum Tomato Chutney


Ingredients

2 big tomatoes
1 big capsicum
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
A bit of asafoetida
2 tbsp roasted dal (dalia)
1 Green chilli

Cook the chopped tomatoes and capsicum in oil till it becomes soft.



Grind it along with other ingredients till smooth.

Quite a different chutney as compared to the usual coconut and groundnut chutneys.
