Lily Allen is on the cover of next month's issue of UK Marie Claire. Looks like there's some significant photoshopping going on here - her face and eye area just look too smooth - but I think this is a gorgeous cover nonetheless.I especially love the background color, which looks so elegant with the black, white and turquoise text, and against Lily's dress.Her eye makeup is also fab.What do you
