utec S500 - LG Shine ripoff?

Utec is a very popular brand over in Taiwan usually pumping out pretty unique phones. This is their latest, the S500. On first sight, it really reminds me of the LG Shine with a twist of Samsung slider design (which is probably why it doesn't look bad). The phone features a 2.2 inch QVGA 260K touchscreen, 2 mega pixel camera, 2.5 mm jack and microSD support. It has an unusual but nice flat checkered keypad.
