The waterproof mobile phone

I have absolutely no info on this phone, only these pics which demonstrates the phones resistance to water. I am guessing this is a Japanese phone. It is styled like the phones they have there. It is a clamshell with a camera under the screen (screen isn't so big like the latest Japanese phones), an external screen (which displays numbers as well as a smiley face). It also comes in four colors.
