I might be the last on the planet to realize, but Green & Black make some really good chocolate. I bought a bar each of "dark & almond" and "cherry" - and it's pure bliss. Great chocolate, and great add-ins - I especially like the caramelized almonds.
This is a spice mix that my sister Silvi gave me for my birthday! It's by Ren�e Voltaire who runs a store-caf� (Stationshuset) in Saltsj�baden, and it's a mix of toasted sesame seeds, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted sunflower seeds and sea salt. Very tasty sprinkled on just about anything, great on salads. Ren�e Voltaire is very much into raw foods and offers classes on how to cook raw. Hmm, maybe I should try one!
