Ingredients:
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together until smooth and throughly mixed. Spread on favorite cupcakes.
Excellent on Chocolate Sour Cream Cupcakes
