Ham & Peas Pasta

Ingredients:



2/3 cup frozen peas

2/3 cup heavy cream*

1 1/4 cups diced ham**

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

black pepper

1 lb pasta



Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. About 3 minutes before the pasta is finished cooking, add the frozen peas to the pot. In a small saucepan heat through cream, ham and Parmesan. Drain pasta and peas and toss with sauce. Easy-peasy.







*I bet milk (not skim) would work just as well

**I used leftover Coke & Bourbon ham
