
Ingredients:
20 oz whole Brussels sprouts6 slices thick cut bacon
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a large pot, bring salted water to boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and boil them for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and then chill them in the refrigerator for about ten minutes. Slice the sprouts in half when they have cooled. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is just crisp. Discard all but 2 tablespoons bacon grease. Add the garlic and saut� a few minutes until lightly browned. Add the sprouts and cook until heated through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Spring this recipe!
