French Chocolate Macarons

My 1st attempt with my sister, Jo making macarons was a success! We call it our own TK!

More flavors to come....


Within the shell is soft � not wet � almond meringue.

When you bite into the delicate shell, it gives way with the slightest crunch and compresses to yield a mouthful of delicate, rapidly dissolving meringue and filling.
