Wireless Company Demonstrates the Latest in Wireless Technology and Accessories.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Everyone has a favorite Bele Chere memory. Whether it is a favorite concert, a unique purchase or simply enjoying a great afternoon with family and friends, this festival provides memoires that last a lifetime. And this year U.S. Cellular is offering festival goers a way to capture these special moments by offering free photo keepsakes at its booth.

By visiting the U.S. Cellular booth on Biltmore Avenue near Park Pack Square in downtown, visitors can have their pictures taken in front of a Bele Chere backdrop with a U.S. Cellular camera phone. The photos will then be sent to a wireless printer via Bluetooth technology and printed on site. Individuals can also register to win U.S. Cellular prizes ranging from phones, Bluetooth headsets, VIP concert passes and other items by texting the word "win" to a five digit short code available at the U.S. Cellular booth. Winners will be announced each hour and notified by text message.

"Our twenty year history of involvement with the Bele Chere Festival gives us an opportunity to bring people together to enjoy the best of Asheville," said Jack Brundige, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in western North Carolina. "And, during these tough economic times, we are pleased to offer free festival keepsakes to our customers and festival attendees this year."
