A friend of mine (Watie) asked me whether I could make a birthday cake for her daughter.. of course I said YES.. but she is worried about the cost & I said to her.. don't worry... I'll make one at a very reasonable price.... I would say that the cake I made today is a budgeted cake (to fullfil a mother's dream for giving a special cake to her daughter)...
