A feeble attempt to re-create the amazing cheese sandwich I had in London, at Borough's Market. It was very good, but not the same. I used Gruy�re cheese, and the bread is from Gateau, their signature bread. Delicious - and fairly close to Pain Po�lane. It also has plenty of garlic and finely minced red onions.
